Краток опис:

The supplier is obliged to deliver the amounts which are subject of the agreement…

… successively, in accordance with the purchaser’s needs and in accordance with a previously submitted order, thus the purchaser is not obliged to fulfill the complete amount stated in Article 1 of this agreement.

… in a period of 3 (three) days from the day of the receipt of the order, to the hospital pharmacy in the Public Health Institution Specialized hospital for prevention, treatment and rehabilitation of cardiovascular diseases – Ohrid, settlement ‘St Stefan’ b.b. and on the day of the delivery, the goods’ period of sterility shall be at least half from the estimated period of sterility.

The delivery of the dispensable material is considered completed when the person authorized by the purchaser and the person authorized by the supplier sign the receipt.

The supplier is obliged to submit a user’s guidelines in Macedonian for the delivered dispensable material.

— A certificate for registered activity (form DRD) as a proof that it is registered as a physical or legal entity for performing the activity related to the subject of the agreement for public procurement or a proof that it belongs to an appropriate professional association in accordance with the regulations in the country where it is registered. In the Republic of North Macedonia, the competent authority for issuing this document is the Central Registry of the Republic of North Macedonia.

— A decision for wholesale of medical devices in accordance with the Law on Medicines and Medical Devices.

If necessity, the contracting authority can ask the economic operators to submit samples, description and/or photos of the products which are subject of delivery, and the economic operator is obliged to confirm their authenticity if that is required by the contracting authority.

Извршување на договорот
Услови за извршување на договорот:

— A condition for inducing the realization of the agreement with the most favourable economic operator is providing bank guarantee for quality and promptly fulfillment of the agreement in the amount of 10 % of the agreement value with VAT, which is submitted in its original form in a period not longer than 10 days from the signing of the agreement.

Критериум за квалитет (назив): The element quality is determined by a number of multicentric randomized studies related to the offered stent, published in a magazine that during the year in which it was published, has been reviewed in the Current Content referential database with a single impact factor (IF) of 5 or bigger than 5, with positive results sufficient for performing clinically relevant conclusions and their application in the broad clinical practice. The publication results have to be about the offered stent or for the previous generation of that stent. In case the publication results are about the previous generation of the stent, the bidder is obliged to submit a statement verified by the manufacturer that the offered stent is an improved version of the same stent.
