The goods delivery and measuring the natural gas will be the place where the metering instrument is installed in the main metering regulation station and the consumer GA-MA AD Skopje.

Способност за вршење на стручната дејност:

Document of registered business activity: In order to evidence it capacity to carry out the business activity, the economic operator shall present:

— document of registered business activity (DRD form) as a proof that they have been registered as natural or legal party for conducting the business activity related to the object of the public procurement contract, issued by the Central Register of the Republic of North Macedonia.

Foreign entities economic operators shall present:

— document of registered business activity as a proof that they have been registered as a natural or legal entity for performing the business activity related to the object of the public procurement contract or a proof that they belong to the appropriate professional association, issued by a competent authority pursuant to the regulations of the country of its registration.

Економска и финансиска состојба:

— statement of the overall income of the company (record of the income statement issued by a competent authority, i.e. audited income statement) and, where required, a statement of income in the area covered by the public procurement contract, at most for the last three financial years for which such information is available depending on the date on which the company was incorporated or commenced its business operation and depending on the availability of such information.

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:

— to have a minimum annual income in the amount of 45 000 000,00 MKD in each of the last 3 financial years.

Техничка и професионална способност:

1) With a list of main deliveries of goods or services, with values, dates, buyers (contracting authorities or economic operators), providing confirmation of deliveries or services rendered;

2) With a description of the technical personnel and the technical services to participate in the public procurement, especially those responsible for quality control, and in case of procurement of works, those engaged in the execution of such works, no matter whether employed with the economic operator or not;

3) With educational and professional qualifications of the service provider or the entity executing the works, its management staff, provided they are not evaluated as criteria for selection of the most favorable bid.

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:

1) Experience from previously realized activities as follows:

— construction of steel natural gas pipeline networks with a minimum length of 5 km in the past 3 years,

— a minimum of 1 signed contract for interventions in emergencies with natural gas/on call interventions in the past 3 years,

— successful completion of minimum 3 active natural gas steel pipeline networks intervention contracts in the past 3 years,

— successful realization of a minimum of 1 contract related to cleaning/pigging of a pipeline or intelligent cleaning in the past 5 years.

2) Technical equipment and engaged technical personnel at disposal for realization of the respective services and quality assurance. It is evidenced by a statement of technical equipment and engaged technical personnel at disposal for realization of the respective services and quality assurance;

3) The minimum requirements that the economic operator applies on site for the purposes for the present contract are at least: one mechanical engineer as a project manager and 2 certified welders. It is evidence by a statement made by the economic operator on educational or professional qualifications of the professional staff, especially the persons responsible for the realization of the public procurement object.
