Document on registered activity: Certificate on registered activity as evidence that it is registered as a natural person or a legal entity for performing the activity related to the subject matter of procurement or evidence that it belongs to an appropriate professional association pursuant to the regulations of the country where it was registered

Техничка и професионална способност:

1) the economic operator must meet all requirements on archival material processing in accordance with the Law on Archival Material Article 3: item 1, 2, 5, 10, 11 and Article 34 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Macedonia No 95/12), the Regulation on Office and Archival Work Article 45 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Macedonia No 1/14), instructions on the manner of techniques of handling archival and documentary material in the office and archival work starting from Article 31 to Article 42 (Official Gazette No 99/14);

2) the economic operator should possess or dispose of equipment for microfilm digitisation;

3) the economic operator should possess or dispose of an archive safe (Media Vault) as the minimum acceptable standard for storing and protecting microfilm strips;

4) the economic operator should have experience in microfilm digitisation;

5) provided opportunity for an insight into the entire staff, hardware and software equipment, spatial and technical compliance, with a visit and a conversation with key employees in the registered economic operators in relation to the project and testing of the equipment for microfilm digitisation through a performed assignment before the commission from the subject procurement in accordance with the technical specifications of the procurement and the attached project assignments of the economic operator. (the information remains for an internal need and for the needs of the evaluation process).

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:

1) statement that the economic operator meets all requirements on archival material processing in accordance with the Law on Archival Material Article 3: item 1, 2, 5, 10, 11 and Article 34 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Macedonia No 95/12), the Regulation on Office and Archival Work Article 45 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Macedonia No 1/14), instructions on the manner of techniques of handling archival and documentary material in the office and archival work starting from Article 31 to Article 42 (Official Gazette No 99/14);

2) statement that the economic operator possesses or disposes of equipment for microfilm digitisation;

3) the economic operator should provide a proof of possession of the appropriate storage space for an unconventional archival material listed in the Regulation on Office and Archival Work (Article 45: item 1);

4) list of performed services for the last 3 years with recommendations or certificates on microfilm digitisation;

5) a statement on an insight into the entire staff, hardware and software equipment, spatial and technical compliance, with a visit and a conversation with key employees in the registered economic operators in relation to the project and testing of the equipment for microfilm digitisation through a performed assignment before the commission from the subject procurement in accordance with the technical specifications of the procurement and the attached project assignments of the economic operator (the information remains for an internal need and for the needs of the evaluation process).
