— statement of the economic operator that no effective verdict has been issued against the economic operator within the past 5 years for committing an act of crime pursuant to Article 88 paragraph 1 of the Law on Public Procurement;

— confirmation stating that no bankruptcy procedure has been initiated by a competent body;

— confirmation stating that no liquidation procedure has been initiated by a competent body;

— certificate of paid taxes, benefits and other public duties issued by a competent body in the country where the economic operator is registered;

— confirmation from the Register of penalties for committed criminal offenses of legal entities proving that no secondary penalty —…

… ban on participating in open call procedures, awarding public procurement contracts and contracts on public — private partnership has been pronounced;

… temporary or permanent ban on performing particular activity has been pronounced;

— confirmation stating that no misdemeanour sanction — ban on the performance of the profession, activity or duty, i.e. temporary ban on the performance of a particular activity has been pronounced with an effective verdict.

Certificate of registered activity, license for performing activity, collection and transport of municipal waste issued by the Ministry of Environment and Physical Planning.

Техничка и професионална способност:

With a list of main deliveries of goods or services rendered with values, dates, buyers (contracting authorities or economic operators), providing confirmation of deliveries or services rendered:

— with a statement for the instruments, plants or technical equipment which the service provider or contractor of the works has at their disposal for the execution of the contract:

• the economic operator should prove to have possession either through a lease contract, contract on leasing, procurement contract or that the economic operator in another manner provided the minimum key equipment in fully functional condition and must prove that based on the known engagements it will be available for the entire time of realisation of the proposed agreement.

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:

The economic operator must have realised at least 1 (one) contract for performing the same or similar services, in the last 3 (three) years (refers to Part 1, part 2, part 3, part 4, part 5, part 6).

The economic operator should prove to have possession either through a lease contract, contract on leasing, procurement contract or that the economic operator in another manner provided the minimum key equipment in fully functional condition and must prove that based on the known engagements it will be available for the entire time of realisation of the proposed agreement(refers to Part 1, part 2, part 3, part 4, part 5):

— at least 1 (one) sweeper machine;

— at least 1 (one) tank for street washing with a capacity of at least 5 m

— at least 1 (one) waste collector with a capacity for lifting the containers listed in the specific zone;

— at least 2 (two) grass mowers;

— at least 1 (one) snow cleaning machine (with adequate plough and industrial salt sprinkling equipment);

— the economic operator should prove to have possession either through a lease contract, contract on leasing, procurement contract or that the economic operator in another manner provided the minimum key equipment in fully functional condition and must prove that based on the known engagements it will be available for the entire time of realisation of the proposed agreement (refers to Part 6):

– at least 1 (one) sweeper machine;

— at least 1 (one) tank for street washing with a capacity of up to 3 m

— at least 1 (one) tank for evacuation of fecal materials with a capacity of ≥ of 20 m

— at least 1 (one) waste collector with capacity for lifting containers of 5.5 m

— at least 1 (one) waste collection vehicle with a capacity of > 15 m

— at least 1 (one) vehicle with snow plough;

— at least 1 (one) pressure tank for penetration of the sewerage network;

— at least 1 (one) grass mower.
