The economic operator should submit the following documents for proving that there are no grounds for exclusion from the procedure:

— statement by the economic operator that final judgement for participation in criminal organisation, corruption, evasion of taxes and contributions, terrorism or criminal acts connected to terrorist activities, money laundering and financing of terrorism and abuse of child labor and trafficking in human beings has not been rendered in the past 5 years;

— a confirmation for paid taxes, contributions and other public duties by the competent authority of the country in which the economic operator is registered;

— confirmation that there is no open procedure for…

… bankruptcy by a competent authority;

… liquidation by a competent authority;

— confirmation from the Registry of penalties for committed criminal offenses of legal persons, that a secondary penalty for…

… ban on participation in procedures for public call, awarding contracts for public procurement and agreements for public-private partnerships has not been issued;

… temporary or permanent prohibition for performing certain activity has not been imposed;

— confirmation that a final judgement — misdemeanour sanction-prohibition on performing a profession, activity or duty or temporary prohibition for performing certain activities has not been pronounced;

— the list of the issued negative references shall be checked by the contracting authority and it shall be generated at the Electronic System for Public Procurements.

Document for registered activity as a proof that it is registered as a physical or legal entity for performance related to the subject of the contract for public procurement or a proof that it belongs to an appropriate professional association in accordance with the regulations of the country where it is registered.

Техничка и професионална способност:

2.3.2.1) The necessary technical and professional capability for proper execution of the contract shall be determined by the contracting authority through the following minimum requirements:

— the goods which are subject to delivery should necessarily be in compliance with the requirements set forth in the technical specifications.

2.3.2.2) The economic operator shall prove the fulfilment of the minimum requirements from subitem 2.3.3.1, by delivering the following:

(a) In regard with the goods that should be procured:

Certificates issued by authorised bodies for quality control with recognised competence who test the convenience of products as it was clearly determined with the instructions for the specifications and standards.
