Способност за вршење на стручната дејност:

Document for registered activity as proof that it is registered as a natural or legal person for performing the activity related to the subject of the public procurement contract or proof that it belongs to an appropriate professional association in accordance with the regulations of the country where it is registered.

To prove the personal condition, the economic operator should submit the following documents.

— statement that in the last 5 years no final court verdict has been pronounced for a crime committed under Article 88 paragraph 1 of the PPL;

— confirmation that no bankruptcy procedure has been opened by a competent authority;

— confirmation that no liquidation procedure has been opened by a competent authority;

— certificate for paid taxes, contributions and other public duties from a competent authority of the country where the economic operator is registered;

— confirmation from the Registry of fines for committed criminal acts of legal entities that he has not been sentenced to a secondary penalty ban on participation in public call procedures awarding public procurement contracts and public-private partnership contracts;

— confirmation from the Registry of Penalties for committed criminal acts of the legal entities that he/she has not been sentenced to a secondary punishment, temporary or permanent prohibition to perform a certain activity;

— certificate that no misdemeanor sanction has been pronounced with a final judgment — prohibition to perform a profession, activity or duty, ie temporary prohibition to perform a certain activity.

Техничка и професионална способност:

— with a description of the technical staff and technical bodies that will participate in the execution of the public procurement, especially those responsible for quality control, and in the case of public procurement of works, those who will be involved in the performance of works, regardless of whether they are employed in the economic operator or not: The economic operator needs to have technical staff, as follows:

— minimum 4 (four) operators of bulldozers or construction machines;

— minimum 8 (eight) truck drivers; As documents that the economic operator meets the conditions for qualitative selection in accordance with Article 92 (Technical and professional ability) of the Law on Public Procurement, the contracting authority accepts the following documents:

— description of the technical staff and technical bodies that will participate in the public procurement, regardless of whether they are employed in the economic operator or not, by enclosing the following proof:

• certificate or certificate of professional competence for bulldozer operator or construction machine issued by a relevant accredited body in the Republic of Northern Macedonia for each operator separately, for part 1;

• valid driving license C category, for part 2.

— with a statement for the instruments, plants or technical equipment, which is available to the service provider or contractor for the execution of the contract: the economic operator for the entire duration of the contract must have the following technical equipment:

— minimum 2 (two) crawler bulldozers with a motor power of at least 130 kW;

— minimum 4 (four) three-axle or four-axle dump trucks with a load capacity of at least 16 tons;

— container for accommodation of the employees of the economic operator.

The economic operator should submit a statement on the technical equipment that the service provider has at its disposal to execute the contract by enclosing the following evidence:

• proof of ownership of the equipment (traffic licenses, purchase agreement, rental agreement, invoice, etc.). For offered mechanization from part 1 as proof of its correctness must be submitted;

• certificate of technical correctness for each machine separately in accordance with the rulebook for use of mining equipment (Official Gazette 170/2010), which should be issued by a relevant accredited body in RS Macedonia;

• decision for putting into use as mining technical equipment by the state inspectorate for technical inspection on the basis of Article 7 and Article 30 of the Law on Technical Inspection. For the offered dump trucks for part 2 it is obligatory to submit: valid traffic license.
