• List of references of the bidders or candidates for the services performed in the last 3 years, including amounts, dates, buyers (contracting authorities or economic operators), providing 4 (four) contracts for services rendered or certificates for successfully performed contracts related to the procurement subject matter issued by the buyers or, if such certificates may not be obtained due to reasons outside the control of the economic operator, only its statement for the services rendered — statement that the economic operator has at its disposal at least 20 (twenty) fast response patrolling vehicles that will arrive fast and efficiently in case of emergencies, clearly marked and branded as patrolling vehicles, equipped with a measuring GPS system, including specification thereof.

— Proof that it has at its disposal at least 30 official IDs issued by the Private Security Chamber of R. of Macedonia. The certificate issued by the Private Security Chamber of R. of North Macedonia on the number of official IDs issued to the economic operator is submitted as proof.

— Proof of compliance with the law on personal date protection, including a valid document issued by the PDPD (Personal Data Protection Directorate)

— Proof that it has at its disposal at least three vehicles equipped for off-road driving (copy of registration license)

— Statement that it has a central communication system with at least 90 % coverage of the territory of R. of North Macedonia and central voice database for all calls recordings, ISO 9001:2008 Quality Certificate.
