Ist and brief description of conditions:

— the bidder should be registered as legal entity in order to perform the activity related to the scope of the Agreement on public procurement or to belong to an appropriate professional association in accordance with the regulations of the country where it is registered;

— the economic operator is obliged to submit License A for a supervision of constructions of the first category in accordance with the Law on Construction (‘Official Gazette of the Republic of Macedonia’ No 130/09, 124/10, 18/11, 36/11, 54/11, 13/12, 144/12, 25/13, 79/13, 137/13, 163/13, 27/14, 28/14, 42/14, 115/14, 149/14, 187/14, 44/15, 129/15, 217/15,226/15, 30/16, 31/16, 39/16, 71/16, 132/16, 35/18, 64/18 and 168/18 and the ‘Official Gazette of the Republic North Macedonia’ No 244/19 and 18/20) or Certificate for a foreign legal entity in accordance with Article 42 of the Law on Construction;

— in order to prove the ability to perform a professional activity, the economic operator should submit a certificate on registered activity as evidence that it is registered as a natural person or a legal entity to perform the activity related to the scope of the Agreement on public procurement or evidence that it belongs to the appropriate professional association in accordance with the regulations of the country where it is registered.

Економска и финансиска состојба:

Statement of the total income of the enterprise (data from the income statement issued by the competent authority, that is, audited income statement) and where required, statement of income in the area covered by the public procurement contract for the last 3 financial years for which such information is available depending on the date on which the enterprise was established or commenced operations and the availability of such information.

— minimum total income of MKD 13 500 000.00 with VAT in the last 3 years (2017, 2018 and 2019 separately).
