As part of the tender, the economic operator shall provide guarantee of the tender (guarantee for participation) at an amount of at least 3 % of the total value of the tender without VAT included.

The signing of the contract with the selected most favourable tenderer shall be conditioned by the provision of guarantee by the selected most favourable tenderer for high quality execution of the contract to the level of 5 % of the contract value.
