— by describing the technical conditions and measures that are used by the economic operator in order to ensure the quality, as well as by describing its development and research capacities: economic operator has to have at disposal a system for providing 24 x 7 technical support in case of issues and in case of availability of new versions of the software for a period of 36 months from the manufacturer of the equipment, with response time during working hours (8 hours 5 days a week), through provided communication channels that include telephone, email address, and a ticketing system;
