Statement that a final judgment for a criminal offense as in Article 88 paragraph 1 of the Public Procurement Law has not been issued thereto

— certificate by a competent authority from the country of registration of the economic operator regarding taxes, contributions and other public dues paid,
— certificate by the register of sentences for crimes committed by legal entities that a secondary sentence…
… prohibiting the participation in open call procedures, contract award procedures and awarding of contracts for public private partnership, has not been imposed thereon,
… for temporary or permanent prohibition on performing a particular activity, has not been imposed thereon,
— certificate that a misdemeanor sanction resulting in prohibition for practicing a profession, performing activity or duty, or temporary prohibition on performing a particular activity has not been imposed thereon by a legally valid court decision.
Capacity of the economic operator to perform professional activity:
— registered activity document: to prove its capacity to perform such professional activity, the bidder shall, along with its bid, submit a document for registered activity as proof that it was registered as a natural or legal entity performing the activity related to the subject of public procurement contract or evidence that it belongs to an adequate professional association in accordance with the regulations of the country where it was registered; certificate issued by a competent authority regarding the fulfillment of specific conditions prescribed for such activity by law and relating to the subject matter of contract,
