JP Ulici i patishta — Skopje has a need for procurement of goods — Trucks with the following characteristics:

— technical characterstics,

— dump truck 4 x 2,

— loading capacity min. 7.5 l,

— diesel-minimum 6 cylinders,

— torque min. 900 Nm,

— power min. 200 kW,

— Emission standard min. Euro 6,

— gear-box manual or automatic min. (6+1) speeds,

— wheelbase min. 4100 mm,

— allowed gross vehicle weight min. 18 000 kg,

— front and back suspension with springs,

— day cab 1+2 seats Max. width 2 400 mm,

— tank min. 210 l,

— digital tachograph,

— speed limit to 90 km/h,

— anti-lock braking system, Anti-slip traction control system, electronic vehicle stability system (or equivalent),

— disc brakes,

— cruise control,

The front co-driver’s door shall have a glass on the lower part for better visibility of pedestrians and edges or an equivalent device for increasing the visibility of the driver.

Capability for performing professional activity

In order to prove the capability for performing professional activity, the economic operator should submit:

— certificate for registered business activity as a proof that it is registered as physical or legal person for performing the activity related to the subject of the public procurement contract or a proof that it belongs to a respective professional association in compliance with the regulations in the country it has been registered in.

Економска и финансиска состојба:

The contract shall enter into force on the day of signing by authorised representatives of the contracting parties and shall be valid for 12 (twelve) months, counting from the day of signing, or until the value of the contract is exhausted.

Method of payment

The following method of payment is envisaged: in 8 (eight) equal monthly installments starting after the expiration of 60 (sixty) days from the first day following the day of receipt of an invoice in the archives of JP Ulici i Patishta — Skopje, with the registered office in ul. Kole Nedelkovski br.38, 1000 Skopje, Republic of North Macedonia. Price differences (price adjustment).

No adjustment of the prices is envisaged, i.e. the prices expressed in the bid of the most favorable bidder shall be fixed for the entire duration of the public procurement contract.

In order to qualify as competent for execution of the respective public procurement contract from the aspect of technical and professional capacity, the economic operator shall meet the following minimum requirements:

— standard on environmental management: ISO 14001: 2015 or equivalent.

Quality system standard: ISO 9001:2015 or equivalent.
