The bidders must submit the following documents:

— registered activity document.

The bidders must submit the following conditions:

— balance sheet report issued by competent agency or excerpts from the balance sheet report in case the publication of the balance sheet is requested by low in the tender's country of origin;

— total cumulative profit of at least MKD 50 000 000.00 for the last 3 years;

— no frozen accounts for the duration of 6 mounts prior to the start of this public private procedure;

— excerpt from the total income of the company (from the balance of success issued by the competent agency, i.e revised balance of success) and where is requested declaration for the area covered by the contract for at least 3 final years if the data is available, depending on the data when the company was founded and started with business and depending on the availability of such data.

Техничка и професионална способност:

The bidders must fulfill the following criteria:

— with a list of major deliveries of goods or services rendered in the last 3 years with values, dates, buyers (contracting authorities or economic operators), providing confirmation of deliveries or services rendered in last 3 years (2018, 2019 and 2020) have implemented at least 3 (three) contract for reconstruction of public lighting in total value of at least MKD 50 000 000.00;

— a description of the technical staff and technical authorities involved in the execution of the public procurement in particular those responsible for quality control and in the case of public procurement those who will be involved in the implementation of works regardless of whether employed in the economic operator or not: to have professional staff-at last 2 (two) electrical engineers with working experience of at least 3 years at least 2 persons with secondary education in electrical engineering;

— a statement of the instruments plants or technical equipment available to the tenderer: to have at least one fixed-bucket hoist and one light vehicle;

— samples, description and/or photographs of products subject to delivery whose credibility must be confirmed by the economic operator if the contracting authority so requested: the economic operator is obliged to submit samples of all offered types of LED light fixtures in accordance with the requirements from item XII — Technical specification. In the bid evaluation phase, the contracting authority shall be record whether the tenderer has submitted samples. The sample of the lamp shall be submitted by the bidder by the deadline for submission of bids/bid opening and shall be returned to the unsuccessful bidders upon completion of the procedure for awarding the public procurement contract.

The sample from the selected bidder, after signing the public private contract, shall be sent for examination to an authorised laboratory. The cost of the examination shall be borne by the economic operator.

The bidders must fulfill the following standards:

— quality systems standards: quality management standard (EN ISO/EIC 9001:2015 or equivalent). Safety and Health at work (EN OHSAS/IEC18001:2007 or equivalent). Environmental management system (EN ISO/IES 14001:2015 or equivalent). Energy management system standard (EN ISO / IEC 50001:2011 or equivalent).
