— confirmation from the Register of penalties for committed criminal offenses of legal entities proving that no secondary penalty -…

… temporary or permanent ban on performing particular activity has been pronounced,

— confirmation stating that no misdemeanour sanction – ban on the performance of the profession, activity or duty, i.e. temporary ban on the performance of a particular activity has been pronounced with an effective verdict,

• Certificate ISO 14001:2015 (Environmental Management System) or equivalent;

Notice: The certificates have to be in compliance with the requirements of standard ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018 for the quality management and environmental management system, issued by a certifying organization accredited by the Accreditation Institute of the Republic of North Macedonia or signatory to multilateral contracts for recognizing the accreditation, for the business from the group EA28.
