In order to prove personal standing, the economic operator should submit the following documents

- confirmation that no liquidation procedure has been opened by a competent authority

- Certificate of paid taxes, contributions and other public duties from a competent authority of the country where the economic operator is registered

- confirmation from the Registry of fines for committed criminal acts of legal entities that there are no secondary…

… penalties of prohibition for participation in public call procedures, awards of public procurement contracts and contracts for Public Private Partnership

… punishments temporary or permanent prohibitions to perform a certain activity

- Certificate that no misdemeanor sanction has been pronounced with a final judgment - prohibition to perform profession, activity or duty, i.e. temporary prohibition to perform a certain activity

- Document for registered activity: For Part 1: Copy of a valid License A for construction of buildings from the first Category For Part 2: Copy of a valid License A for construction of first category buildings

For part 1 - The economic operator in the last 3 (three) years needs to have an average annual income over 200,000,000.00 MKD

For part 2 - The economic operator in the last 3 (three) years needs to have an average annual income of 40,000,000.00 MKD

For PART 1 - The economic operator needs to have realized a minimum of 1 (one) contract for construction (construction and / or reconstruction and / or rehabilitation) of traffic infrastructure in the last 5 (five) years; with a minimum contract value of 100,000,000.00 MKD with VAT. - The economic operator must have realized a minimum of 1 (one) contract for construction of water supply infrastructure in the last 5 (five) years; - The economic operator must have realized a minimum of 1 (one) contract for construction of fecal and / or atmospheric sewerage infrastructure in the last 5 (five) years.

For Part 2 - The Economic Operator to have realized a minimum of 1 (one) performance contract (construction and / or reconstruction and / or rehabilitation) of traffic infrastructure in the last 5 (five) years, with a minimum contract value of 15,000,000.00 MKD with VAT. - The economic operator to have realized a minimum of 1 (one) contract for construction of water supply infrastructure in last 5 (five) years; - The economic operator needs to have realized a minimum of 1 (one) contract for construction of fecal and / or atmospheric sewerage infrastructure in the last 5 (five) years.
