Additional specifics for Part 1:

1) The traffic signs shall be with retro-reflection class 1 and in accordance with the Rulebook on traffic signs, equipment and road signalization of the Republic of North Macedonia, including the last changes published in the Official Gazette No. 169 from 30 September 2015;

2) The base of the sign plate shall be made of aluminum sheet with a thickness of min.2 mm;

3) The diameter of the clamping element should be Ф60 mm.

4) The material for production of the clamping element shall be of hot galvanized steel sheet, with thickness of min. 2.5 mm;

5) The economic operator shall be obliged to place a label of the rear side of the traffic sign base. It shall include information on the producer, month and year of production, materials used for production and the standard according to which the sign was prepared;

6) For all items: the products shall be packed in appropriate packaging;

7) The economic operator shall submit a certificate for the aluminium sheet for the sign base, certificate for the foil of the sign front side.

1) Construction-description: aluminium frame with plexiglass panels (single-sided or double-sided) with traffic sign application, internal illumination and additional downward illumination (directed beam of light) for road illumination purposes. The upper part includes a steel clamp for pole affixation. Required access to the internal illumination for the purposes of replacement of LED pipes.

2) The light traffic signs shall be in accordance with the Rulebook on traffic signs, equipment and road signalization of the Republic of North Macedonia, including the last changes published in the Official Gazette No. 169 of 30 September 2015.

As a condition for performing a professional activity, the contracting body requires that each economic operator submits a proof that it is registered as a physical or legal entity for performing the activity that is connected to the subject of procurement, or to submit a proof that it is part of a relevant professional association in compliance with the regulations of the country where it is registered.

Економска и финансиска состојба:

The holder of the procurement is obliged to deliver the subject of the contract successively depending on the needs of the contracting authority, after receiving a written order certified by an authorized person (by fax or e-mail), within the following timeframes:

For Part 1. within 15 (fifteen) days;

For Part 2. within 30 (thirty) days;

For Part 3. within 30 (thirty) days, the Economic Operator shall submit the Protection Level according to IP56 or equivalent upon delivery of the goods;

For Part 4. within 30 (thirty) days, and

For Part 5. within 60 (sixty) days, the Economic Operator must submit a copy of the Euro 1 Certificate upon delivery of the goods, which will prove that the product is of European origin.

Place of Goods Delivery: Main Storage of PE Streets and Roads – Skopje (JP ‘Ulici i patishta’-Skopje).

Warranty period of the delivered goods

For Part 1 the economic operator is obliged to offer a minimum of 7 years guarantee for durability of the traffic sign as of the day of delivery.

For Part 3 the economic operator for items from 1 to 5 is obliged to offer a minimum of 2 years warranty as of the day of delivery.

For Part 5 the economic operator is obliged to offer 1 year warranty as of the day of delivery.

Confidentiality and personal data protection

The economic operator shall prove the fulfillment of the standards for quality systems by submitting the following:

— Certificate for standard for quality systems ISO 9001:2015 or equivalent.

The economic operator shall prove the fulfillment of the standards on environmental management by submitting the following:

— Certificate for Standard on Environmental Management ISO14001:2015 or equivalent.
