- statement from the economic operator that, in the last 5 years, the economic operator as legal entity or persons acting as members of its management or supervisory boards or persons with power of representation, decision making or supervision over the legal entity have not been issued enforceable court ruling for having committed criminal offence that includes elements of criminal association, corruption, evasion of taxes and contributions, terrorism or criminal offence pertaining to terrorist activities, money laundering and abuse of child labour and human trafficking, as stipulated in the Criminal Code;

- proof that the economic operator has settled payment of taxes, contributions and other public duties issued by competent authority in the country where the economic operator is registered/incorporated;

- proof that the economic operator is not subject of…

- the bidder must be in possession of EIC code issued by AD MEPSO as the entity performing the energy activity of electricity transmission system operator;

- the bidder must accept the electricity consumer’s balancing responsibility.

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:

- copy of EIC code issued by AD MEPSO as the entity performing the energy activity of electricity transmission system operator;

- statement from the bidder for acceptance of the electricity consumer’s balancing responsibility in compliance with the Electricity Market Code for the entire duration of this procurement contract.
