To qualify as eligible to execute the public procurement contract in question in terms of its technical or professional capacity, the economic operator must meet the following minimum requirements:

Minimum 3 (three) main deliveries in the past three years (2018, 2019 and 2020) according to the subject of procurement.

Fulfillment of the required technical characteristics stated in the Technical Specification for the subject of the procurement.

2.4.2 The economic operator shall prove the fulfillment of the minimum requirements from sub-item 2.4.1 by submitting:

A reference list of voice deliveries in the past three years (2018, 2019 and 2020) according to the subject of procurement, with the value, dates and buyers. In addition to the reference list, certificates for quality of the executed delivery shall be submitted according to the subject of procurement.
