The purpose of this technical specification is to define the primary infrastructure project CPR System, which should meet all the needs of the project and enable smooth expansion in the following years (other hardware procurement that will expand the infrastructure), as well as to provide conditions for further complete establishment of Disaster Recovery (DR) center and processes for business continuity of the System.
CPR is a system that should provide maximum scalability and flexibility, ie opportunities for expansion of the software and hardware level, providing high availability of data for all systems that will be integrated and will use data from the system. This System contains the largest collection of personal data, and other systems of institutions and businesses will have access to it, in accordance with the legal grounds and public authorizations.
