– Certificate by the Register of sentences for crimes committed by legal entities that a secondary sentence prohibiting the participation in open call procedures, contract award procedures and awarding of contracts for public private partnership, has not been imposed on it

Technical and professional capacity of the economic operator
- By outlining the management and monitoring system of the chain of supply, that the economic operator is able to implement in executing the agreement – The operator is authorised to sell the offered equipment and the minimum criteria will be proven by submitting the following: a Statement or Confirmation, issued the manufacturer of the equipment that the Operator is certified to sell the equipment.

- With the educational or professional vocations of the service provider or contractor or its management team, providing that they are not be evaluated as a criteria for the selection of the best offer:
FOR PART 1: The Economic operator will provide a team of at least 4 (four) persons, employed or hired, that will be a part of the Contract’s implementation, of which: At least 1 (one) person assigned as a project manager with a certificate for having taken and passed the project manager exam in line with the PMP methodology or an equivalent qualification; - At least 1 (one) support person, with a certificate in the field of network technologies, expert level, which holds CCIE (Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert) certification. –At least 2 (two) support persons, with a certificate in the field of network technologies, expert level, who have CCNP (Cisco Certified Network Professional) Certificate. NOTE: A person can be hired for multiple positions with different certifications. The minimum conditions can be verified by submitting the following: FOR PART 1: Statement for hired technical personnel, along with the valid vocational certificates, regardless of whether they are indirectly acquired by the economic operator, original or copy for: At least 1 (one) person from the full-time staff or a hired person as a project manager with a certificate for a passed project manager exam in line with the PMP methodology or an equivalent; At least 1 (one) support person, with a certificate in the field of network technologies, on an expert level, which holds CCIE (Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert) certification; At least 2 (two) support persons, with a certificate in the field of network technologies, expert level, who have CCNP (Cisco Certified Network Professional) certification;

- By a statement regarding the instruments, plants or technical equipment that the service provider or contractor has at their disposal for the execution of the Contract: - the bidder will list an authorized service on the territory of the Republic of North Macedonia. The minimum requirement will be verified by submitting the following: - Statement by the bidder that he has provided an authorized service for the offered equipment on the territory of the Republic of North Macedonia.

System Quality Standards: the following will be submitted for PART 1: Certificate ISO 9001 Quality management system standard (or equivalent), signed electronically with a valid digital certificate by the economic operator; - Certificate ISO 27001 Information Security Management System standard (or equivalent), signed electronically with a valid digital certificate by the economic operator; - Certificate ISO 22301 Social Security Business Continuity Management System standard (or equivalent), signed electronically with a valid digital certificate by the economic operator; - Certificate ISO 20000 Information Technology Service Management standard (or equivalent), signed electronically with a valid digital certificate by the economic operator. The following are submitted FOR PART 2: - Certificate ISO 9001 Quality Management System standard (or equivalent), signed electronically with a valid digital certificate by the economic operator.
