Kit that enables sequencing of the entire genome of the SARS-CoV-2 virus based on a hybrid-capture enrichment methodology: detection of at least 40 respiratory viruses, including SARS-CoV-2, as well as positive control tests. The panel should include all the reagents needed for complete analysis (library preparation reagents, single-strand RNA DNA generating reagents, single-strand DNA double-strand generating, appropriate primers, positive control, library purification reagents, cartridge sorting and software analysis). Target sequencing libraries to operate through a single set of indexes in different combinations, based on the principle of Hybrid Capture enrichment methodology, applicable to Miseq personal sequencer. Bioinformatics analysis includes automatic data transfer to the cloud for analysis, graphical display capability, percentage representation including alignment, base calling, detection and identification. The panel should allow sequencing of at least 48 copies of MIseq V3 Reagent Cartridge (150 cycles) or equivalent.

Kit that enables sequencing of the entire SARS-CoV-2 virus genome based on PCR enrichment methodology: pre-designed PCR based multiplex panel for a maximum of 96 samples for sequencing of the entire SARS Covid-19 genome which includes chemical digestion and P primer dimers to enable highly sensitive sequencing of amplons of interest. The panel should include all required reagents for complete analysis (library preparation reagents, reverse transcription reagents, appropriate primers, positive control, library purification reagents, sequencing cartridge as well as software analysis) compatible with Misevenq personal. The panel should include the possibility of simultaneous sequencing of a maximum of 48 copies of Miseq Reagent Kit V2 (300 cycles) or equivalent to the obtained coverage of 1000 x per sample. Bioinformatics analysis provides the minimum possibility for detection, identification and analysis of different strains, as well as co-infection.
