Spectrophotometer for measurement in the visible and the UV fields with a wavelengths range of minimum 190 up to 1 100 mm

The accuracy of the wavelength should be a minimum of ±1nm with repetition of 0.1 nm and resolution of a minimum 0,1 nm (scan 0,1 nm) or better.

The instrument’s resolution should be 0,001 Abs or better, with accuracy of absorbance < 0,5 %.

The instrument should allow measurement of concertation, absorption, transmission, scanning of spectrums and kinetics in the absorption and transmission mode.

The instrument should be programmed for a minimum of 180 previously programmed work methods and to perform automatic recognition of the tests through a barcode. It should have the possibility to update/scale up the programmed methods and the software.

Additionally, the instrument should memorize methods that have been defined and programmed by the user.

The apparatus should provide automatic reading of the analyses’ results.

Zero adjustment with appropriate zero cell.

There should be a possibility for a possible correction of the turbidity when reading the concentration.

The instrument should memorize the measured data and allow for data transfer on UBS or PC.

The instrument to be able to work with rectangular cuvettes of 10, 20, 50 mm and 100 mm, as well as round cuvettes with a 16 mm diameter, and allow for automatic recognition.

The cuvettes holder should be removable for easier cleaning.

When the instrument is turned on, it must run self-check tests of the instrument, including the memory, the lamp, the filters, the wavelength calibration.

The instrument’s main menu should offer a possibility to use the methods programmed in advance, the methods defined and programmed by the user, direct/quick access to absorption/transmission measurement.

The instrument should have a minimum of three USB ports for transfer of data and minimum one ethernet port work conditions of the instrument: temperature +10 up to 35 C, relative humidity 20 to 80 % optics and electronics protection class IP 31 or better.

The instrument should be in compliance with EN 61326 and EN 61010.

The instrument should be delivered with 2 quartz cuvettes of 100 mm.

The instrument should be delivered with a valid calibration certificate in line with ISO 17025.

The bidder should provide a minimum 1-year guarantee and a post-guarantee period of minimum 2 years, as well as supply of original spare parts.

Consumable materials must be delivered accompanying the spectrophotometer:

— at least 100 tests for phenols determination with a low limit of determination of 0,002 mg/L applicable on the offered instrument.

• The apparatus for determination of the biological oxygen consumption (BOC) based on manometric pressure measurement (without mercury), electronic pressure sensor

• The kit should contain:

— at least 6 measurement stations;

— inductive mixer with at least 6 magnets;

— containers for the measurement stations (at least 6);

— pouring flasks for sample measurement (for a range of 0-40 mg/l BOC, for a range of 0-400 mg/l BOC and for a range of 0-800 mg/l BOC.

— possibility to select the measurement period from 1 to 28 days;

— a clock: real time clock, works on batteries if the device is not charged with external power supply;

— protection class: IP 54 (head sensor);

— interface: USB host port (USB stick), USB port (computer), SD card;

— power supply: through batteries or through a power supply device with the assistance of an S cable with the mixing unit;

— automatic start function: after levelling the samples’ temperature, it can be turned off and be controlled by the pressure fall in the bottle;

— storage interval: after 1 hour (1 day), at every 2 hours (2 days), daily (3-28 days);

— automatic results storage: at least 500 results, depending on the measurement period and the amount of sample bottles;

— large graphic luminescent screen: 128 x 40 pixels or equivalent;

— environment conditions: 2 – 40 C, relative humidity 5-80 %, without condensation;

— the device should be in compliance with DIN EN 61326 or equivalent.

For the item No 1, the holder of the procurement is obliged to perform a check-up of the performances of the instrument in accordance with the manufacturer’s protocol and to train the employees by issuing certificates.

For the items numbered 1, 2, 3, 4, 7, 10 and 11 the holder of the procurement is obliged to provide authorization by the manufacturer of the equipment for participation in the procedure.
