— certificate of paid taxes, benefits and other public duties issued by a competent body in the country where the economic operator is registered;

• authorisation for sale and maintenance of the offered data storage equipment on the territory of the Republic of North Macedonia by the equipment manufacturer;

— with the educational and professional qualifications of the service provider or the contractor or its managerial staff, provided that they are not evaluated as a criterion for selection of the most favourable tender bid:
