In order to prove their ability for performing professional activity, the economic operator should deliver:

- Proof of relevant insurance for professional risk compensation: For part 1: - to have an insurance policy of at least 3,000,000.00 denars from an insurance company in case of damage done by the hygienists For part 2: - to have an insurance policy of at least 3,000 .000,00 denars from an insurance company in case of damage caused by the enforcement agents - Balance sheet report issued by a competent authority, ie audited balance sheet, or excerpts from the balance sheet report, in cases where the publication of the balance sheet is prescribed by law in the country where the economic operator is registered: For part 1: - minimum 13 million denars total revenues for each year individually for the last three years (2018, 2019 and 2020) For part 2: - minimum 9 million denars total revenues for each year separately for the last three years (2018, 2019 and 2020) - Statement of the total income of the company (data from the income statement issued by the above body, ie audited income statement) and, where required, a statement of revenue in the area covered by the public procurement contract, at most for the last three financial years for which such information is available depending on the date of which the company was established or started operating and depending on the availability of such information: For part 1: - minimum 13 million denars total revenue for each year individually for the last three years (2018, 2019 and 2020) For part 2: - minimum 9 million denars total revenues for each year individually for the last three years (2018, 2019 and 2020)
