Техничка и професионална способност:

- For parts 1 to 12 of the subject of procurement, statement from the economic operator for a provided professional person who will be in charge of installation, maintenance and servicing of the equipment, with attached Certificate of the expert trained for servicing the equipment issued by the manufacturer of the equipment. If the professional is not employed, ie is engaged with the economic operator, the economic operator must submit proof that it will be available to the economic operator for servicing the offered equipment within and outside the warranty period (agreement with the servicer or with a legal entity where the servicer is employee);

- For parts 13 and 14 of the subject of procurement: Authorization from the manufacturer of the equipment issued on behalf of the economic operator that he authorizes him for distribution, maintenance and servicing of the offered equipment.

- For parts 1 to 12 of the subject of procurement: Statement from the economic…

… operator, that it will provide service and spare parts after the expiration of the warranty at least 5 years from the delivery of the equipment,

… operator that he has provided at least 1 expert, for training and technical assistance to the staff of the contracting authority, for handling the equipment.

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:

- For parts 1 to 12 of the subject of procurement, the Economic Operator to have provided an expert for installation, maintenance and servicing of the equipment, who has a certificate for servicing the offered equipment for the specific part for which a bid is submitted, issued by the equipment manufacturer ;

- For parts 13 and 14 of the subject of procurement, the economic operator to be authorized by the manufacturer of the offered equipment, for distribution, maintenance and servicing of the same.

- For parts 1 to 12 of the subject of procurement, the economic operator to provide spare parts for servicing the equipment, at least 5 years from the delivery of the equipment;

- For the parts from 1 to 12 of the subject of the procurement, the economic operator must have provided at least 1 expert, for training and technical support of the staff of the contracting authority for handling the equipment.
