Економска и финансиска состојба:

— a balance sheet report certified by a competent authority, that is, a revised balance sheet or extracts from the balance sheet report, where the publication of the balance sheet is prescribed by law in the country where the economic operator is registered;

— statement of total turnover of the undertaking (statement of income statement issued by a competent authority, i.e. audited income statement) and, where appropriate, of the turnover in the area covered by the public procurement contract, most notably for the last 3 financial years the years for which such information is available depending on the date on which the company was established or started operating and depending on the availability of such information.

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:

Average annual total revenue from the last 3 fiscal years greater than the estimated value of the procurement.

Техничка и професионална способност:

1) To have performed at least 3 (three) deliveries with quality — implementation of procurement of organization resource planning system (ERP system) of the same or similar type and from the same software manufacturer as the offered one, in the last 5 (five) years;

2) To have hired appropriate technical staff, who have appropriate knowledge for the procurement, trained and certified by economic operators authorized by the manufacturer of the systems offered or directly by the manufacturer, ie:

(a) at least one (1) employed or hired person with at least 5 years of work experience with a valid certificate from the manufacturer of the offered finance or financial accounting software;

(b) at least one (1) employed or hired person with at least 5 years of work experience with a valid certificate from the manufacturer of the offered procurement software;

(c) at least one (1) employed or hired person with at least 5 years of work experience with a valid certificate from the manufacturer of the offered human resources software;

(d) at least one (1) employee or hired person with at least 5 years of work experience with a valid certificate from the manufacturer of the offered software for sale;

(e) at least one (1) employee or hired person with at least 5 years of work experience with a valid PMP (Project Management Professional) certificate or equivalent or Prince2 (Project Management) or equivalent.

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:

1) List of main deliveries made in the last 5 (five) years with description of the decisions, date of the contract, duration of the contract and procurers with the mentioned contact persons and provision of confirmation or recommendation for performed deliveries or performed services;

2) Statement for hired technical staff (regardless of whether they belong directly to the economic operator) that the bidder has hired appropriate technical staff who will be available and directly engaged in the implementation of the procurement, CVs and valid certificates for the hired technical staff the requirements of 2.3.3.1, sub-item 2.
