The subject of the contract is the procurement of service - printing and distribution of the official newsletter "Official Gazette of the Republic of North Macedonia" for 2022 and 2023.

Distribution means putting the newspaper in foil, printing and pasting the address, as well as delivery of the newspaper to AD "Post of North Macedonia" - Skopje. (Main distribution center for postal traffic - Skopje, Post Office 2).

In order to prove the personal situation, the economic operator should submit the following documents:

- a statement that no final court judgment has been pronounced in the last 5 years for a criminal offense under Article 88 paragraph 1 of the Law on Public Procurement

- confirmation that no bankruptcy procedure has been initiated by a competent authority;

- Confirmation that no liquidation procedure has been initiated by a competent authority;

- Certificate of paid taxes, contributions and other public duties by a competent authority of the country where the economic operator is registered;

- Confirmation from the Register of penalties for…

… crimes committed by legal entities that no minor penalty has been imposed for prohibiting participation in public procurement procedures, awarding public procurement agreement and public-private partnership agreement;

… the criminal offenses of legal entities that there is no secondary or temporary ban on performing a particular activity;

- Certificate that a final judgment does not impose a misdemeanor sanction - prohibition to perform a profession, activity or duty, or temporary prohibition to perform a particular activity.
