In order to prove its personal condition the economic operator is obliged to submit the following documents:

— statement that in the past five years it was not rendered a final court judgment for committed crime pursuant to Article 88, paragraph 1 of the PPL;

— confirmation by a competent organ that a…

… bankruptcy procedure was not opened;

… liquidation procedure was not opened;

— confirmation for paid taxes, contributions and other public duties issued by a competent organ in the country where the economic operator was registered;

— certificate from the Registry of penalties for crimes committed by legal persons that…

… minor penalty ban on participation in public tender procedures, awarding contracts and agreements for public-private partnership has not been imposed on him;

… a minor penalty for temporary or permanent prohibition of performing a specific activity has not been imposed over him;

— confirmation that a final judgment — prohibition of professional activity or duty, i.e. temporary prohibition for performing professional activity has not been imposed over him.

Capacity for performing professional activity of economic operator:

— document for registered activity: In order to prove its capacity for performing professional activity, the economic operator shall own a document for registered activity as an evidence that it is registered as natural or legal entity for performing the activity related to the public procurement subject or an evidence that is a member of a relevant professional association in accordance to the regulation of the country where it is registered. When determining their capacity for performing professional activity, the contracting organ shall also require from the economic operators to submit evidence issued by a competent organ that they meet the special conditions for performing the activity, prescribed by law, which relate to the public procurement subject. The economic operator shall prove the meeting of the conditions for its professional capacity by submitting the following: conformation for registered activity in the field of energy issued by the Central Registry of the Republic of North Macedonia, valid license for performing energy activity, electricity supply issued by the Energy and Water Services of the Republic of North Macedonia.

Техничка и професионална способност:

The economic operator shall prove the meeting of the minimum conditions in order to prove its technical and professional activity by submitting of:

— EIC code issued by JSC MEPSO – Skopje;

— statement for accepting the balance responsibility.

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:

In order to qualify as capable of performing the subject public procurement contract from aspect of its technical and professional capacity, the economic operator shall meet the following minimum conditions: to own EIC code issued by JSC MEPSO – Skopje, as entity performing the activity of electricity transmission, the economic operator should accept the balance responsibility of the consumer.
