… ensure technical and educated staff, responsible for installation of the equipment, servicing and staff training enclosed with certificate issued by the manufacturer of the equipment;
… provide training for operational use of the machine (on-site training), as well as a visit to a reference center using the same treatment machine for one medical physicist, one radiation oncologist, one radiological technologist and a service technician. In case there are restrictions due to the Covid-19 pandemics (restrictions on travel, special protocols, etc.) and the conditions do not allow visit to a reference center, the visit will be postponed until further notice. The postponement of the visit to the reference center will not affect the procedure and deadlines for installation, testing and commissioning according to the manufacturer 's specifications, delivery (Acceptance). In case of travel restrictions / conditions do not allow on-site training, the bidder undertakes obligation to organize trainings via Internet (online trainings) and distance activities (remote activities) for all phases until final installation and ready to use status of the procedure;
… ensure equipment warranty for 1 year commencing from the delivery date and acceptance and installation of the equipment and within the warranty period shall perform free of charge service and replacement of spare parts i.e. minimum 14 months commencing from the delivery date and within the warranty period shall perform free of charge service and replacement of spare part;
— declare a statement that the equipment shall be new and unused.
