• A list of main deliveries of goods or performed services with values, dates, buyers (contracting authorities or economic operators), by providing confirmation of performed deliveries or performed services:
For Part 1:
— to have printed at least 10 (ten) monographic publications, in the last three years (2018, 2019 and 2020);
— to have at least one four-color offset printing machine or one digital printing machine available;
— to have at least 5 employees/hired persons; and
— to have at least 1 textbook distribution vehicle available.
For Part 2:
— to have printed at least 15 (fifteen) monographic publications in the last 3 years (2018, 2019 and 2020);
— to have at least one four-color offset printing machine;
— to have at least 8 employees/hired persons; and
— to have at least 2 textbook distribution vehicle available.
For Part 3:
— to have printed at least 20 (twenty) monographic publications in the last three years (2018, 2019 and 2020);
— to have at least 10 employees/hired persons; and
— to have at least 3 textbook distribution vehicle available,
— a description of the technical staff and technical bodies that will participate in the execution of the public procurement, especially those who are responsible for quality control, and in case of public procurement of works, those who will be involved in the performance of works, regardless of whether they are employed in the economic operator or not.
