Економска и финансиска состојба:

For PART 1: The economic operator should have generated income of at least MKD 3,800,000.00 in the last three years, for each individual year (2018, 2019, and 2020). For PART 2: The economic operator should have generated income of at least MKD 9,100,000.00 in the last three years, for each individual year (2018, 2019, and 2020). For PART 3: The economic operator should have generated income of at least MKD 6,500,000.00 in the last three years, for each individual year (2018, 2019, and 2020). For PART 4: The economic operator should have generated income of at least MKD 1,100,000.00 in the last three years, for each individual year (2018, 2019, and 2020).

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:

- list of main deliveries of goods or services rendered with values, dates, customers (contracting authorities or economic operators), by providing a certificate evidencing the deliveries made or services rendered: in accordance with the terms and conditions laid down in the tender documents

Техничка и професионална способност: For PART 1:

- to employ or hire minimum 1 (one) person for…

… alignment and graphic layout design of textbook for printing and electronic publishing;

… review of the textbooks;

- to have provided graphic and layout design services for at least 5 (five) monograph publications in the last 3 (three) years (December 2018 - December 2021);

- to have at least 5 permanent employees or hired persons.

For PART 2:

- to employ or hire at least 1 (one) translator with completed higher education, faculty of philology, Albanian language;

- to employ or hire at least 1 (one) Albanian language proofreader;

- to employ or hire minimum 1 (one) person for review of the translated textbook;

- to have provided translation, proofreading, and review at least 5 (five) monograph publications from Macedonian into Albanian language in the last 3 (three) years (December 2018 - December 2021);

For PART 3:

- to employ or hire at least 1 (one) translator with completed higher education, faculty of philology, Turkish language;

- to employ or hire at least 1 (one) Turkish language proofreader;

- to have provided translation, proofreading, and review at least 5 (five) monograph publications from Macedonian into Turkish language in the last 3 (three) years (December 2018 - December 2021);

For PART 4:

- to employ or hire at least 1 (one) translator with completed higher education, faculty of philology, Serbian language;

- to employ or hire at least 1 (one) Serbian language proofreader;

- to employ or hire minimum 1 (one) person for alignment and graphic layout design of textbooks for printing and electronic publishing;

- to have provided translation, proofreading, and review at least 5 (five) monograph publications from Macedonian into Serbian language in the last 3 (three) years (December 2018 - December 2021);

3.5 The economic operator shall prove the fulfillment of the minimum conditions under subparagraph 3.4 by submitting the following documents:

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди: For PART 1:

- Statement that the economic operator employs or hires minimum 1 (one) person…

… - graphic designer.

… – reviewer.

- Statement that the economic operator has provided services for monograph publications, including a statement for providing services for 5 (five) monograph publications with graphic and layout publications* with reference list in the last 3 (three) years (December 2018 - December 2021), providing details on: the title of the publication, publisher, year of publication, name of the Economic Operator, or the name or surname of the person who rendered the graphic and layout design services;

* Monograph publications shall mean types of material published in the form of books (monographs, textbooks, anthologies, guidelines, novels, poetry books).

- Certificate issued by the Employment Service Agency, issued at least 15 prior to the deadline for delivery of tenders for the present public procurement procedure, verifying that the economic operator employs at least 5 employees/has entered into work for hire contracts for the duration of the contract awarded under the relevant procedure.

For PART 2:

- Statement that the economic operator employs minimum 1 (one)…

… translator with higher education, faculty of philology, Albanian language studies (copy of a diploma verified by the economic operator (stamp or electronic signature) or certificate of completion of higher education, faculty of philology, original or a copy verified by the economic operator (stamp or electronic signature) and statement of employed or hired translator of fluency in the standard Macedonian language (Please find attached the form of the statement on fluency in standard Macedonian language);

… Albanian language proofreader with a copy of a certificate for passing the state proofreading exam (original or a copy verified by the economic operator (stamp or electronic signature)), or Statement that the economic operator employs or hires minimum 1 (one) Albanian language proofreader who completed Albanian language studies (copy of a diploma verified by the economic operator (stamp or electronic signature) or certificate of completion of higher education, faculty of philology, original or a copy verified by the economic operator (stamp or electronic signature);

- Statement that the economic operator employs or hires minimum 1 (one) person for review of the translated textbook;

- Statement that the economic operator has provided services for 5 (five) translated, proofread and edited monograph publications* from Macedonian into Albanian language, with reference list in the last 3 (three) years (December 2018 - December 2021), providing details on: the title of the publication, publisher, year of publication, the target language of translation and monograph publications, details on the translator/s, proofreader/s, reviewer/s;

- Certificate issued by the Employment Service Agency, issued at least 15 prior to the deadline for delivery of tenders for the present public procurement procedure, verifying that the economic operator employs at least 5 employees for the duration of the contract awarded under the relevant procedure.

For PART 3:
