2. Tender dossier, Part A - Instructions to tenderers, Article 3 – Participation, has been changed, Point 3.6 is added and says: “All natural and legal persons legally established in the Republic of North Macedonia are allowed to participate in this Tender, provided that: a) Are authorized by the manufacturer of the goods from the Republic of Italy to take part in this Tender, b) Offers equipment originated / made in the Republic of Italy (as defined by Part A – Instruction to tenderers, Article 4. Origin, Point 4.1.), c) Are able to prove - to the satisfaction of the Contracting Authority - that they comply with the necessary legal, technical and financial requirements and have the wherewithal to effectively carry out the contract (as defined by Part A – Instruction to tenderers, Article 3. Participation, Points 3.2; 3.3; 3.4 and 3.5), d) Are able to provide all documents listed in Part A – Instruction to tenderers, Article 11. Content of tenders”. In the Call for proposals No. 02/IK-2021, Article 4 has been changed and states as follows: “In order to receive the complete Tender dossier in English language, the interested bidders should send a request by e-mail: project@zdravstvo.gov.mk. The € 200 fee has been waived.”
