Organizing hotel accommodation on the territory of the city of Skopje, on the territory outside the city of Skopje in accordance with the requirements or needs of the contracting authority for the guests from abroad on the occasion of attending the event.

— Registered business activity certificate (RBAC): Yes

For Part 1 *Confirmation for registered activity as a proof that they are registered as a legal or a natural entity for conducting the business activity relevant to the procurement object or a proof that they are part of a professional association, according to the regulations in the country, where they are registered. This is proved by submitting the following: RBAC Form for registered business activity.

For Part 2 *Confirmation for registered activity as a proof that they are registered as a legal or a natural entity for conducting the business activity relevant to the procurement object or a proof that they are part of a professional association, according to the regulations in the country, where they are registered. This is proved by submitting a RBAC form.

For Part 3 *Confirmation for registered activity as a proof that they are registered as a legal or a natural entity for conducting the business activity relevant to the procurement object or a proof that they are part of a professional association, according to the regulations in the country, where they are registered. This is proved by submitting the following: RBAC Form for registered business activity. * The bidder must have the "A" license for tourism according to the Law on tourism, issued by the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of North Macedonia. This is proved by submitting a copy of the license.

For Part 4* Confirmation for registered activity as a proof that they are registered as a legal or a natural entity for conducting the business activity relevant to the procurement object or a proof that they are part of a professional association, according to the regulations in the country, where they are registered. This is proved by submitting a RBAC form. * The bidder must have a License for the national transport of passengers according to the Law on road transportation, issued by the Ministry of transport. This is proved by submitting a copy of the license. * The bidder must have a License for the international transport of passengers according to the Law on road transportation, issued by the Ministry of transport. This is proved by submitting a copy of the license.

Економска и финансиска состојба:

— Report on the balance sheet issued by a competent authority i.e. audited balance sheet or excerpts from the balance sheet report in the event the publication of the balance sheet is legally governed in the country where the economic operators is registered:

For Part 1: the economic operator must have realized revenues in the amount of at least MKD 20 000 000.00 in the last three years, for each year separately (2018, 2019 and 2020).

For Part 2: the economic operator must have had revenues in the amount of MKD 20,000,000.00 in the last three years, for each year separately (2018, 2019 and 2020) For PART 3: the economic operator must have had revenues in the amount of MKD 3 000 000.00 in the last three years, for each year separately (2018, 2019 and 2020).

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:

For Part 4: the economic operator must have had revenues in the amount of MKD 7 000 000.00 in the last three years, for each year separately (2018, 2019 and 2020). Report on the balance sheet issued by a competent authority i.e. audited balance sheet or excerpts from the balance sheet report in the event the publication of the balance sheet is legally governed in the country where the economic operators is registered.

Техничка и професионална способност:

— with a description of the technical personal and technical bodies that shall participate in the performance of the public procurement especially those in charge of quality control, and in case of procurement of works, those included in the work performance regardless whether they are employees of the economic operator or not:

—— for Part 1: to have at least 10 employees or hired staff;

—— for Part 2: to have at least 15 employees or hired staff;

—— for Part 3: a minimum of 5 employees/hired staff, thereof at least one employee/hired person must own a certificate/license for operating the global reservation system, issued by an authorized school center or the school training center of the airline companies members of IATA

—— for Part 4: to have at least 10 employees/hired staff, thereof at least 2 persons must own a certificate for professional competence for drivers for the participation in the international transport of passengers and goods, issued by the Ministry of transport;

— with a statement regarding the instruments, facilities and technical equipment that the service provider or work performer has at their disposal for the performance of the contract:

—— for Part 4: to own/to have at one own disposal at least 7 passenger vehicles, thereof at least one sedan. To have the possibility to rent passenger vehicles from the International Airport Skopje and the International Airport St. Apostol Pavle in Ohrid (Rent a Car) For

— with a list of works, by submitting a confirmation for the satisfactory performance of the most significant works. For the purpose of maintaining a certain level of competition, the contracting authority may, if necessary, take into consideration the proves for works performed over five years ago, which is stated in the tender documentation.

—— for Part 1: experience with the successful performance of contracts relevant to the subject-matter of the procurement in the last three (3) years. The offeror has concluded and performed at least 3 (three) contracts for event organization with the total logistical, technical and creative support in the last 3 years (May 2018, May 2021).

—— for Part 2: experience with the successful performance of contracts relevant to the subject-matter of the procurement in the last five (5) years. The offeror has concluded and performed at least 3 (three) contracts for the video production of events i.e. the production of video materials, documentary films in the last 5 years (May 2016, May 2021).

— certificates and reports issued by competent authorities for quality control with recognized competency, that test the product ability that was clearly determined by referring to the specifications and standards:

—— for Part 3: the offeror must be a member of IATA (International Air Transport Association) in the current year.

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:

For Part 1: meeting the requirements is proved by the following: confirmation issued by the Employment agency for at least 10 employees not older than 15 days calculated backwards from the day stated as the deadline for submitting the offers or other proof of established legal relations (employment, hire) with the employees/hired staff.

For Part 2: meeting the requirements is proved by: confirmation issued by the employment agency for at least 15 employees, not older than 15 days calculated backwards from the day stated as the deadline for submitting the offers or other proof for the establishes legal relation (employment, hire) with the employees/hired staff.

For Part 3: meeting the requirements is proved by the following: confirmation of the employment agency for hiring at least 5 employees, not older than 15 days calculated backwards from the day stated as the deadline for submitting the offers or other proof for the establishes legal relation (employment, hire) with the employees/hired staff, as well as a proof (certificate/license copy) for one employed or hired person that that person has been trained to work with the global reservation system by an authorized school center of the school training center of the airline companies, members of IATA.

For Part 4: meeting the requirements is proved by the following: confirmation of the employment agency for hiring at least 10 employees, not older than 15 days calculated backwards from the day stated as the deadline for submitting the offers or other proof for the establishes legal relation (employment, hire) with the employees/hired staff, as well as copies of the certificates for professional competency of drivers for participation in the international transportation of passengers and goods, issued by the Ministry of transport, for at least 2 persons.

Part 4: meeting the requirements is proved by submitting: a copy of the traffic licenses of at least 7 passenger vehicles, thereof one should be a sedan. Statement that they are able to rent passenger vehicles from the International Airport Skopje and the International Airport St. Apostol Pavle in Ohrid (Rent a Car).

For Part 1: meeting the requirements is proved by: a list of performed services in the last 3 years (May 2018-May 2021) with listed events, contracting parties and dates of contract, as well as confirmations for the timely and high-quality performance of the contracts for at least 3 events.

For Part 2: meeting the requirements is proved by: a list of performed services in the last 5 years (May 2016-May 2021) with listed performed services for the video production of events, i.e. the production of video materials, documentary materials, documentary films with the contracting parties, dates of the contracts, as well as confirmations for the timely and high-quality performance of the contracts for at least 3 services.

For Part 3: meeting the criteria is proved by: a copy of the contract or a membership certificate by IATA valid for the current years and stamped and registered by the offeror.
