With this supply is going to extend the measuring points in municipalities where the measuring with the referent monitoring equipment for ambient air quality is not existing for better information of the public about the air quality.
1 (one) automatic monitoring stations for measuring the ambient air quality is consisted of the following parts: container where all equipment will be installed, automatic analyzer for measuring of suspended particulate matter PM10, automatic analyzer for measuring of suspended particulate matter PM2.5, Ozone (O3) analyzer, nitrogen monoxide/nitrogen dioxide/nitrogen oxides (NO/NO2/NOx) analyzer, Sulphur dioxide (SO2) analyzer, carbon monoxide (CO) analyzer, data acquisition system, meteorological equipment/sensors, calibration dilution system, automatic sequential standard/reference particulate low volume sampler (with PM10, PM2.5, PM1 sampling inlets), with included training for using, service, maintenance, calibration of the equipment.

The tender as well as the overall correspondence and documents related to the tender shall be submitted in Macedonian. In expression of the price with letters, foreign economic operator may also use English.The bid shall be submitted electronically through the Electronic System for Public Procurement (ESPP): https://enabavki.gov.mk/PublicAccess/Home.aspx#/home. The Macedonian version of tender documentation is available for free on the ESJN website: https://enabavki.gov.mk/PublicAccess/Home.aspx#/home, after being registered as an economic operator. As part of the tender, the economic operator shall provide guarantee of the tender (guarantee for participation) at an amount of at least 3 % of the total value of the tender without VAT included. More information on the requested bank guarantee is available in the tender documentation. The signing of the contract with the selected most favourable tenderer shall be conditioned by the provision of guarantee by the selected most favourable tenderer for high quality execution of the contract to the level of 5 % of the contract value.

The contracting authority shall exclude from the public procurement procedure the economic operator if it determines that the economic operator or the person who is a member of the administrative or supervisory body of that economic operator or who has powers to represent or make decisions or supervise it, in the last 5 years ago he was pronounced a final court verdict for a crime that has elements of the following crimes set out in the criminal code:

— against which secondary penalty of temporary or permanent prohibition to perform certain activity has been passed:
• which is subject to bankruptcy or liquidation procedure;
• who has unpaid taxes, contributions and other public charges, except where economic operator has been approved delayed payment of taxes, contributions and other public charges in accordance with specific regulations and these are paid on regular basis;
