Deliveries can be projects for the development and implementation of software solutions and / or

software solution upgrades (including analysis, design, design, development, testing,

installation, documentation, training and support) for similar systems for institutions in

public sector, which include electronic services. It is proved by submitting: List of main

deliveries made in the last 3 (three) years with a description of the decisions, date of the contract,

duration of the contract and suppliers with specified contact persons and providing confirmation ie

recommendation for deliveries or services performed

Description of the technical staff and technical bodies that will participate in the execution of the public

procurement, especially of those responsible for quality control, and in the case of public procurement of

works, those who will be involved in carrying out the work, regardless of whether they are employed in

the economic operator or not: 2. To have hired appropriate technical staff, who have appropriate

Qualifications for performing the procurement, ie: a) At least 1 (one) project manager with

at least 7 years of work experience in the field of project management for the development of IT systems that provide electronic services, ie projects of the same or similar nature as the subject of

public procurement; b) At least 1 (one) business analyst with business modeling expertise

processes with at least 7 years of work experience in developing IT systems that enable

electronic services, ie projects of the same or similar nature as the subject of the public procurement and obtain an appropriate business process modeling certificate (OMG, OCEB or other certificate that refers to process modeling in the BPMN standard);

c) At least 3 (three) technical persons with “Full Stack developer "expertise (" front end "and" back end ") with at least 7 years of development experience and implementation of projects of the same or similar nature as the subject of the public procurement. d)At least 1 (one) technical person in the function of interface designer and "front end" development expertise, with at least 3 years of work experience for development and implementation of projects from the same or similar in nature to the subject of the public procurement.

e) At least 1 (one) technical person in function of software solutions tester. The fulfillment of these conditions is proved by:. Statement for hired technical staff (whether or not they belong directly to the economic operator) that the bidder has hired appropriate technical staff who will be available directly engaged in the realization of the procurement, with attachment; a) Detailed CVs for

proposed staff containing information on jobs, projects, work engagements with contact information for their verification and b) Copies of certificates for the hired staff; in accordance with the requirements of 2.3.3.1, sub-item 2.
