Balance sheet report issued by a competent authority, i.e. audited balance sheet, or extracts from the balance sheet report, in cases where publication of the balance sheet is prescribed by law in the country where the economic operator is registered: Minimum annual income of MKD 18,000,000.00 for each year individually in the last 3 years (2019, 2020 and 2021).

Техничка и професионална способност:

- with a description of the technical personnel and technical authorities that will participate in the performance of the public procurement, especially those who are responsible for quality control, and in the case of public procurement of works, those who will be involved in the performance of the works, regardless of whether they are employed in the economic operator or not: there must be a minimum of 20 employees or hired qualified workers who will be involved in the implementation of the procurement in question.

- with the educational and professional qualifications of the service provider or the contractor or their management staff, provided that they are not evaluated as a criterion for selecting the most favourable offer:

- Minimum 1 (one) architect engineer with minimum Authorization B for performance in the field of construction issued by the Chamber of Authorized Engineers and Architects of the Republic of Macedonia. - At least 1 (one) civil engineer with minimum Authorization B for performance in the field of constructionissued by the Chamber of Certified Engineers and Architects of the Republic of Macedonia. - At least 1 (one) electrical engineer with a minimum Authorization B for performance in the field of electrical engineering issued by the Chamber of Certified Engineers and Architects of the Republic of Macedonia. - Minimum 1 (one) mechanical engineer with a minimum Authorization B for performance in the field of electrical engineering issued by the Chamber of Certified Engineers and Architects of the Republic of Macedonia.

- with a statement about the instruments, plants or technical equipment, which the service provider or the contractor has at their disposal for the performance of the contract: Regarding the equipment that will be needed for the implementation of the subject of the procurement and which should be available for the entire duration of public procurement contract, the economic operator should have a minimum of (5) motor vehicles, of which: - a minimum of (3) passenger motor vehicles, - a minimum of (1) cargo vehicle with a load capacity of up to 3500 kg, - a minimum of (1) cargo vehicle with load capacity over 3500 kg.

- Quality Systems Standards:

• Certificate MKCENISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management System) or equivalent;

• Certificate MKCENISO 45001:2018 (Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems)

- Environmental Management Standards:
