- statement of the economic operator that no effective verdict has been issued against the economic operator within the past five years for participation in the crimes stipulated in Article 88 section 1 of the Law on Public Procurement;

- confirmation stating that no bankruptcy procedure has been initiated by a competent body;

- confirmation stating that no liquidation procedure has been initiated by a competent body;

- certificate of paid taxes, benefits and other public duties issued by a competent body in the country where the economic operator is registered;

- confirmation from the Register of penalties for committed criminal offenses of legal entities proving that no secondary penalty -…

… ban on participating in open call procedures, awarding public procurement contracts and contracts on public - private partnership has been pronounced;

… temporary or permanent ban on performing a particular activity has been pronounced;

- confirmation stating that no misdemeanour sanction - ban on the performance of the profession, activity or duty, i.e. temporary ban on the performance of a particular activity has been pronounced with an effective verdict.

- Document for registered activity (DRA form)as proof that the bidder is registered as natural person or legal entity for conducting the activity related to the subject of the public procurement contract or proof that the bidder belongs to the relevant professional association in accordance with the regulations of the country where the bidder is registered.

Техничка и професионална способност:

- with description of technical personnel and technical bodies which shall participate in the execution of the public procurement, especially those responsible for quality control, and in case of a public procurement of works, those involved in the performance of the work, regardless of whether or not they are employed by the economic operator or not:

• Have a minimum of 6 (six) certified employees or temporarily contracted technical persons for the duration of the contract, namely: Minimum 1 (one) certified person in the field of network technologies, expert level (CCIE - Cisco CertifiedInternetwork Expert or equivalent); minimum 1 (one) certified person in the field of network security, professional level (CCNP - Cisco Certified Network Professional -Securityor equivalent); minimum 1 (one) certified person in the field of project management (PMP, PRINCE or equivalent); minimum 1 (one) certified person in the field ofIT service management (ITIL Expert in IT Service Management or equivalent); Minimum 2 (two) certified persons in the field of network technologies, professional level (CCNP - Cisco Certified Network Professional - Routing and Switching or equivalent).

Standards for quality systems: Certificate for ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management System) or equivalent; Certificate for ISO 27001:2013 standard for user data protection or equivalent; Certificate for ISO 20000:2011 standard for managing IT services or equivalent; Certificate for ISO 22301:2012 standard for business continuity management or equivalent;
