Document for registered activity (refers to both parts), For PART 1 - License A for revision of project documentation For PART 2 - License for preparation of urban plans and/or Extract from the register of legal entities that meet the requirements for performing expert audit

- A Statement by the Economic Operator (EO) that in the last 5 years it has not been rendered a verdict for participation in a criminal act according to Article 88 Item 1 from The Law on Public Procurement

- Confirmation that there are no bankruptcy proceedings opened against the EO by a competent authority

- Confirmation that there are no liquidation proceedings opened against the EO by a competent authority

- Receipt for paid taxes, contributions and other public duties by the competent authority in the country where the EO is registered

- Certificate from the Registry of penalties for criminal acts by legal entities that minor penalty…

… ban on participation in public tender procedures, award contracts and contracts for public – private partnership has not been imposed

… for temporary or permanent prohibition of a respective activity has not been announced

- Confirmation that a final judgment for sanction a prohibition of professional activity or duty i.e. temporary prohibition for performing a respective activity has not been imposed.

- Balance sheet report issued by a competent authority, i.e. audited balance sheet, or

excerpts from the balance sheet report, in cases where the publication of the balance sheet is

prescribed by law in the country where the economic operator is registered or

- Statement of the total income of the enterprise (data from the income statement issued by a competent authority, i.e. audited income statement) and, where required, an income statement in the area covered with the public procurement contract, mostly for the last three financial years for which such information are available depending on the date on which the enterprise was established or commenced operations in and depending on the availability of such information

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:

For PART 1 Economic

operator to have a minimum annual income of 12.000.000,00 MKD

For PART 2 Economic operator to have a minimum annual income of 4.400.000,00 MKD

Техничка и професионална способност:

-with a list of main deliveries of goods or services with values, dates, buyers (contractual

authorities or economic operators), by providing confirmation of deliveries or services performed

- with a description of the technical staff and technical bodies that will participate in the execution of the public procurement, especially of those responsible for quality control, and in the case of public procurement of works, those who will be involved in carrying out the work, regardless of whether they are employed in the economic operator or not

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:

For PART 1 The economic operator to have realized: - The economic operator to have realized

minimum 2 (two) contracts for revision of project documentation in 3 (three) years; of which with minimum value of the contract of 300.000,00 MKD with VAT.

For PART 2 The Economic Operator to have realized: - The economic operator to have realized at least 1 (one) contract for revision of urban plans and/or projects in the last 3 (three) years.

The economic operator to have the following technical staff: For PART 1 The contractor is required to have the necessary key personnel, i.e. the necessary PROFESSIONAL PERSONS: Section: Roads and Railways, at least one person with higher professional education in the field of construction, section roads and railways with Authorization A for auditing project construction documentation and to have participated in at least 2 (two) technical audits on construction documentation, reconstruction or rehabilitation of roads or railways, commenced and completed in the last 5 years, Section: Architecture, at least one person, with highly professional education in the field of Architecture, with Authorization A for audits on project documentation in architecture and to have participated in at least 2 (two) audits on technical documentation in phase Architecture for facilities started and completed in the last 5 years. Section: Construction, at least one person, with higher professional education in the field of construction, construction section with Authorization A for auditing project documentation in construction area and to have participated in at least 2 (two) audits on technical documentation for facilities, started and completed in the last 5 years. Section: Hydro technics, at least one person, with highly professional education in the field of construction, section hydro technics with Authorization A for auditing project documentation from construction and to have participated in at least 2 (two) audits of technical documentation for construction or reconstruction of hydraulic infrastructure and/or facilities, started and completed in the last 5 years. Section: Electrical Engineering, at least one person, with higher professional education in the field of electrical engineering with Authorization A for auditing project documentation in electrical engineering and to have participated in at least 2 (two) audits on technical documentation in the electrical engineering, started and competed in the last 5 years. Section: Mechanical Engineering at least one person with higher professional education in the field of mechanical engineering with Authorization A for auditing project documentation in mechanical engineering and to have participated in at least 2 (two) audits on technical documentation in Machinery, started and completed in the last 5 years. For SECTION 2 the Contractor is required to have the required key personnel, i.e required EXPERTS: Section Urban planning, at least one person with higher professional education in the field of architecture with Authorization for auditing urban planning documentation and to have participated in the audit in at least 1 (one) Urban planning plan or urban project.
