In order to verify their individual capacity, the economic operator has to submit the following documents:

- a statement verifying that no effective court decision has been passed against the economic operator in the course of the last 5 years for committing crime, pursuant to article 88, paragraph 1 from the Law on Public Procurement;

- a certificate verifying that no bankruptcy proceedings are underway, issued by a competent authority;

- a certificate verifying that no liquidation procedure is underway, issued by a competent authority;

- a certificate verifying payment of taxes, contributions and other public charges, issued by the competent authority of the country where the economic operator is registered;

- a certificate from the Register of penalties for committed crimes by legal persons, verifying that no secondary penalty of…

… prohibition to participate in public call procedures, be awarded public procurement contracts and public private partnership contracts has been passed against the economic operator;

… temporary or permanent prohibition to perform individual activity has been passed against the economic operator;

- a certificate verifying that no effective court decision – misdemeanour sanction has been passed against the economic operator – prohibition to perform profession, activity or other duty, or temporary prohibition to perform certain activity.

- a document for registered activity verifying that the economic operator is registered in the Register of Food Production Facilities and Food Operators, issued by the Food and Veterinary Agency of the Republic of North Macedonia.

Економска и финансиска состојба:

- the economic operator has to provide a bank statement of the overall turnover of the company (data from the income statement issued by a competent authority, that is, audited income statement) and if necessary, a bank statement of the turnover in the area required in the public procurement contract for the last 3 (three) financial years for which such data is available, depending on the date the company was founded on and has started working, verifying that the economic operator has cumulatively generated income in the subject matter of the public procurement or a similar one, at a minimum of 60,000,000.00 MKD for the following 3 (three) years: 2018, 2019, 2020, including cumulatively generated income at a minimum of 30,000,000.00 MKD in activity 56, that is, preparation of meals and catering, related to the subject matter of the said public procurement contract – cooked meals, for the following 3 (three) years: 2018, 2019, 2020.

- in accordance with the quality performance index that shows the level of stability, liquidity and success,

the economic operator has to verify quality business performance by presenting their financial result, that is, their generated income in activity 56 – preparation of meals and catering for the following years: 2018, 2019, 2020, which shall not be less than the average income in activity 56 – providing cooked meals and catering in the Republic of North Macedonia for each of the following years: 2018, 2019 and 2020.

Техничка и професионална способност:

The economic operator has to verify and provide a list of main deliveries of commodities or rendered services with data on values, dates, buyers (contracting authorities and economic operators).

- the economic operator shall verify executing at least 3 (three) contracts in the activity related to the subject matter of the public procurement – cooked meals, in the minimum amount of 60,000,000.00 MKD, generated cumulatively in the following 3 (three) years: 2018, 2019, 2020 by providing at least 3 (three) certificates verifying successful deliveries of commodities - cooked meals, in the amount of no less than 30,000,000.00MKD, generated cumulatively.

- The economic operators have to provide information about their technical staff that shall carry out the public procurement, especially the persons responsible for quality control; should the subject of the public procurement be procurement of works, then the economic operators shall provide information about the persons performing the works regardless whether they are employed or hired by the economic operator:

- the economic operator has to have at their disposal at least 3 (three) refrigerated transportation vehicles with a cooling range from 0 to +10 degrees Celsius and transport capacity of at least 600 kg for the purpose of distributing animal products.

- the economic operator has to have employed or hired at least 3 (three)…
