- Statement that in the last 5 years no effective court verdict has been issued for committing an act of crime pursuant to Article 88 paragraph 1 of the Law on Public Procurement;

- Confirmation stating that no bankruptcy procedure has been initiated by a competent body;

- Confirmation stating that no liquidation procedure has been initiated by a competent body;

- Certificate of paid taxes, benefits and other public duties issued by competent body in the country where the economic operator is registered;

- Confirmation from the Register of penalties for committed criminal offenses of legal entities proving that no secondary penalty -…

- Document for registered activity: - Certificate of registered activity (Document for registered activity) as proof that the bidder is registered as natural person or legal entity to conduct the activity that is subject of procurement or proof that they belong to the relevant professional association in accordance with the regulations applicable in the country of registration;

- an appropriate License for the manager of the maintenance of first and second category facilities, issued by the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of North Macedonia, as proof of fulfillment of the special conditions for carrying out the activity prescribed in accordance with the law relating to the subject of public procurement.
