All things and relationships related to electricity are regulated and should be in accordance with the provisions and recommendations of the applicable laws, regulations and standards that relate to and are related to the subject of procurement. The supplier during the implementation of the contract must:
• To enable the smooth opening of new connection points or the abolition of old connection points if a technical need arises.
• To comply with the provisions of the electricity supply rules.
• To include the Contracting Authority in its balance group and be the balance responsible party for it.
• To include all additional costs in the total price of active electricity, high, low tariff and single tariff,
• To deliver the electricity to all the delivery points foreseen by the Contracting Authority.
