committed in accordance with Article 88 paragraph 1 of the LPP.
- Certificate that any competent authority has initiated no open…

- Certificate for paid taxes, contributions and other public payments by competent authority in the country where
the economic operator has been registered in.
- Certificate from the Register of penalties for crimes committed by legal persons that there is no minor penalty
that prohibits participation in procedures for public announcement, awarding contracts on public procurements
and contract for public-private partnership
- Certificate from Register of penalties for crimes committed by legal persons that there is no effective conviction
for temporary or permanent prohibition to perform certain activity
- Certificate that there is no effective conviction by which infringement sanction has been imposed on -
interdiction for professional activities, activities or duties, i.e. temporary interdiction of separate activity

In order to prove their ability for performing professional activity, the economic operator should deliver:
Certificate of registered activity that the same is registered as natural or legal entity for performing the activity
related to the subject of procurement or evidence that they belong to an appropriate professional association
in accordance with the regulations of the country of registration
- License for performing energy trade or electricity supply activity issued by the Regulatory Commission for Energy and Water Services of the Republic of North Macedonia, as proof that the special conditions for performing the activity prescribed in accordance with the law have been met. - EIC code issued by A.D. MEPSO – Skopje, as a provider of energy activity, supply of electricity and/or trade with EE - Agreement that it is registered as a participant in the electricity market in accordance with the Electricity Market Rules. - Balance responsibility agreement in accordance with the Electricity Market Rules.
