Who has been given a supporting ban on participation in procedures for public announcement, the award ofpublic supply contracts and public private partnership;

- Who has a minor penalty imposed temporary or permanent prohibition of certain activities;

- Who is in the process of bankruptcy or liquidation proceedings;

- Who has been given sanction - prohibition of professional activity or duty, and temporary prohibition forperforming certain activities and

- Who gives false information or fails to submit the data requested by the contracting authority.In order to prove his personal situation, the economic operator shall submit the following documents:

- Statement of the economic operator that in the last 5 years he was pronounced verdict for participation in acriminal organization, corruption, fraud or money laundering;

- Confirmation that there is no bankruptcy proceedings by the competent authority;

- Confirmation that there is no procedure for liquidation by a competent authority;

- Certificate for paid taxes and other public duties by the competent authority in the country where the economic operator is established;

- A certificate from the Register of penalties for crimes committed by legal entities that has been imposed minor penalty…

- Confirmation that the final sentence has been imposed sanction - prohibition of professional activity or duty,and temporary prohibition for performing certain activities.

For the purpose of proving the suitability to perform a professional activity, the economic operator will have to submit a relevant document for registered activity as a proof that the operator is registered as a natural person or a legal entity to carry out the activity related to the public procurement contract or evidence that it is affiliated in an appropriate professional association in accordance with the regulations of the country where the operator

Економска и финансиска состојба:

In order to be qualified as capable of performing the public procurement contract in question in terms of its economic and financial situation, the economic operator should meet the following minimum conditions:

- Minimum annual income of at least MKD 60,000,000.00 for the last 3 years (for each year individually 2019, 2020 and 2021), for which such information is available depending on the date the company was founded or started working and in depending on the availability of such information.

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:

- Report on the balance sheet and data from the Income Statement issued by a competent authority, i.e. audited balance sheet or extracts from the balance sheet report, in cases where publication of the balance sheet is prescribed by law in the country where the economic operator is registered, and for the last three financial years for which such information is available, depending on the date on which the company was founded or started working and depending on the availability of such information;

Техничка и професионална способност:

- At least three certificates in any of the last three years (2019, 2020, 2021), related to the subject of the procurement,

- a sample that has been certified for the quality of the salt no older than 6 (six) months, issued by an accredited institution or an authorized institution that will confirm the properties of the salt specified in the technical specification.

- Manufacturer's guarantee for the quality of industrial salt for winter road maintenance-bulk

- Certified statement from the economic operator about the issued manufacturer's guarantee for the quality of the industrial salt.

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:

- List of main deliveries of goods in the last three years related to the subject of procurement (2019, 2020, 2021), with values, dates, buyers (contracting authorities or economic operators), providing at least 3 (three) confirmations of deliveries.

- The economic operator should deliver a 2 kg sample. from the offered industrial salt with a salt quality certificate issued by an accredited institution or an authorized institution that will confirm the properties of the salt specified in the technical specification (only the salt quality certificate issued by an accredited institution or an authorized institution of the Republic of North Macedonia is valid) .

- Manufacturer's guarantee for the quality of industrial salt for winter road maintenance-bulk.

- Certified statement from the economic operator about the issued manufacturer's guarantee for the quality of the industrial salt for winter maintenance of roads-bulk.

Извршување на договорот
Услови за извршување на договорот:

-The industrial salt should be delivered by written order (by fax or e-mail), within a maximum of 2 (two) days and it should be carried out by a cargo vehicle protected by a tarpaulin of the Purchaser to the Winter points in the Public Maintenance Company and the protection of the mains, according to the Technical Specification which is an integral part of this contract from the day of signing the contract

The holder of the procurement is obliged to perform the procurement subject of the contract, within 2 (two) years from the date of conclusion of the framework agreement for public procurement.

-Delayed payment 60 days from the day of the service delivery.

-The contracting authority will request from the bidder whose bid is selected as the most favorable to provide a guarantee for quality and timely execution of the contract in the form of a bank guarantee in the amount of 5 % of the value of the public procurement contract.
