- Statement of economic operator that in the last five years there was no effective conviction for crime

committed in accordance with Article 88 paragraph 1 of the LPP.

- Certificate that any competent authority has initiated no open…

- Certificate for paid taxes, contributions and other public payments by competent authority in the country where

the economic operator has been registered in.

- Certificate from the Register of penalties for crimes committed by legal persons that there is no minor penalty

that prohibits participation in procedures for public announcement, awarding contracts on public procurements

and contract for public-private partnership

- Certificate from Register of penalties for crimes committed by legal persons that there is no effective conviction

for temporary or permanent prohibition to perform certain activity

- Certificate that there is no effective conviction by which infringement sanction has been imposed on -

interdiction for professional activities, activities or duties, i.e. temporary interdiction of separate activity

In order to prove their ability for performing professional activity, the economic operator should deliver:

Certificate of registered activity that the same is registered as natural or legal entity for performing the activity

related to the subject of procurement or evidence that they belong to an appropriate professional association

in accordance with the regulations of the country of registration

Економска и финансиска состојба:

- balance sheet report issued by a competent authority, ie audited balance sheet, or excerpts from the balance sheet report, in cases where the publication of the balance sheet is prescribed by law in the country where the economic operator is registered;

- statement of the total income of the enterprise (data from the income statement issued by a competent authority, ie audited income statement) and where required, income statement in the area covered by the public procurement contract for the last three financial years for which such information is available depending on the date on which the enterprise was established or commenced operations and the availability of such information.

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:

- minimum 10 million denars total revenues for each year individually for the last three years (2019, 2020 and 2021).

Техничка и професионална способност:

1. List of main performed services in the last three years, with values, dates, clients (contracting authorities or economic operators), providing certificates for performed services for all 5 contracts

2. Statement on the average annual number of employees at the service provider and on the number of its management staff in the last three years and List from the Employment Agency of R.S.M. not older than 15 days from the moment of the public opening of the bids, as well as the educational and professional qualifications of the service provider or his managerial staff, by attaching a diploma for completed education for the forestry engineer

3. Statement on the instruments, plants or technical equipment available to the service provider for the performance of the contract, with a detailed description of the equipment available to the service provider with invoices, traffic licenses, customs declarations or evidence of donation or gift

4. Indication of the part of the public procurement, which the economic operator intends to assign to a subcontractor

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:

1. The bidder must have a minimum of 5 contracts from the subject procurement concluded and realized in the last 3 years, of which at least 1 contract must be worth at least 14,000,000.00 denars, for which contracts it is necessary to have certificates for quality services performed, issued by the clients

2. The bidder should have at least 15 workers available, of which at least one person - Forestry Engineer (Forest Engineer)

3. The bidder should have at his disposal:

- lawn mowers

- trimmers

- blower - dryer for leaves

- chainsaw for cutting trees and branches

- hedge shears

- pruning shears

- tractor - lawn mower

- truck and

- other hand tools and equipment needed to perform the services.
