Capability of the economic operator to perform a professional activity:

In order to prove its personal standing, the economic operator has to submit the following documents:

• Statement that, within the last 5 years, it has not been issued an effective court judgment for committed offence in Article 88, paragraph 1 of the LPP (Law on Public Procurement);

• Certificate that it is not subject to a bankruptcy procedure opened by a competent authority;

• Certificate that it is not subject to a liquidation procedure opened by a competent authority;

• Certificate of paid taxes, contributions and other public dues issued by a competent authority in the country where the economic operator is registered;

• Certificate from the Registry of Offences for Committed Crimes by Legal…

… Persons that a secondary sentence for prohibition of participation on public bidding procedures or awarding of public procurement or public private partnerships contracts has not been issued against it;

- Economic operator has to have completed at least 2 (two) contracts in the field of implementation of Azure Stack Hub.

- By the educational and professional qualifications of the service provider or the contractor or its management staff, provided that they are not evaluated as a criterion for selection of the most favourable offer:

- At least 1 (one) employed or hired person with an internationally recognized certificate…
