- Certificate from Register of penalties for crimes committed by legal persons that there is no effective conviction
for temporary or permanent prohibition to perform certain activity
- Certificate that there is no effective conviction by which infringement sanction has been imposed on -
interdiction for professional activities, activities or duties, i.e. temporary interdiction of separate activity

In order to prove their ability for performing professional activity, the economic operator should deliver:
Certificate of registered activity that the same is registered as natural or legal entity for performing the activity
related to the subject of procurement or evidence that they belong to an appropriate professional association
in accordance with the regulations of the country of registration For part 1: proof that it is an operator for
providing public telecommunication services in the mobile telephony, ie operator of public telecommunication
networks for part 1: mobile telephony and / or for part 2: proof that it is an operator for providing public
telecommunication services in the fixed telephony, ie operator of public telecommunication networks for part 2:
fixed telephony and maintenance, as proof that the special conditions for performing the activity prescribed by law are met.
