- License to perform free transportation of passengers and special line transportation of passengers in internal traffic.

- a vehicle license extract confirming that he owns at least one vehicle in his possession or under a leasing agreement (with at least 8+1 seats) that meets the special technical-operational conditions prescribed for vehicles for passenger transportation,

- Declaration for the vehicles participating in the procedure that they are free to perform special line transportation

- A copy of the traffic permits of the free vehicles participating in the procedure.

- It is necessary for the economic operator to have the necessary number of drivers in a regular working relationship corresponding to the number of vehicles.

- The employment relationship is proven by a statement from the person in charge that he has employed an appropriate number of drivers according to the number of vehicles with which he participates in the procedure or another document issued by a competent authority, with a leading account for the protection of personal data.
