- A Statement by the Economic Operator (EO) that in the last 5 years it has not been rendered a verdict for participation in a criminal act according to Article 88 Item 1 from The Law on Public Procurement
- Confirmation that there are no bankruptcy proceedings opened against the EO by a competent authority
- Confirmation that there are no liquidation proceedings opened against the EO by a competent authority
- Receipt for paid taxes, contributions and other public duties by the competent authority in the country where the EO is registered
- Certificate from the Registry of penalties for criminal acts by legal entities that minor penalty…

Техничка и професионална способност:
- with a list of main deliveries of goods or services with values, dates, buyers (contracting authorities or economic operators), by providing confirmation of deliveries or services provided
- a statement of the instruments, plant or technical equipment provided by the service provider or the contractor of the works available for execution of the contract
Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:
- The bidder needs to provide at least 3 contracts concluded and accomplished in the last 3 (three) years for performed the same or similar services with the subject of the procurement;
- The bidder needs to have in possession or have available at least 75 (seventy five) official identification cards issued by the Chamber of Republic of Macedonia for security - The bidder needs to have available at least 10 (ten) visibly marked patrol vehicles with built-in GPS systems for rapid intervention; - The bidder needs to have in possession or have available at least 10 (ten) weapons - The Bidder needs to have in possession or have available at least 30 (thirty) encrypted handheld radio stations available - The Bidder needs to have in possession or have available at least 10 (ten) hand-held metal detectors available
