Certificate on registered activity as evidence that it is registered as a natural person or a legal entity for performing the activity related to the subject matter of procurement or evidence that it belongs to an appropriate professional association pursuant to the regulations of the country where it was registered

Техничка и професионална способност:

- with a description of the technical staff and the technical authorities that will participate in the execution of the public procurement, especially of those responsible for quality control, and in an event of public procurement of works, those who will be involved in the execution of works, regardless of whether they are employed by the economic operator or not: 1 (one) employed or engaged person who possesses a certificate for implementation/configuration of the offered equipment of the offered Disc System and Server (Item 1 and Item 2)

b) a statement on the instruments, plants or technical equipment that the service provider or contractor of works has at its disposal for the execution of the agreement which is proved by the MAF Authorization (MAF – Manufacturer Authorization Form) issued by the manufacturer of the equipment Disc System and Server (Item 1 and Item 2) with a designated number of the notice - the procedure.
