Statement by the economic operator that in the last 5 years he has an effective sentence for participation in a

criminal organization, corruption, fraud or money laundering; - Confirmation that no bankruptcy procedure by

the competent authority; - Confirmation that it is not subject to liquidation proceedings by a competent authority;

- Confirmation of payment of taxes and other public duties by the competent authority of the country in which

the economic operator is established; - Confirmation from the Register of penalties for crimes committed by

legal persons that have been stated ban on participation in public bidding procedures, awarding contracts and

contracts for public-private partnerships; - Confirmation from the Register of penalties for crimes committed by

legal persons that have been imposed minor penalty temporary or permanent prohibition of professional activity;

- Confirmation that a final decision has not been imposed sanction ban on performing profession, activity or

duty, or prohibition to perform certain activities. To demonstrate the ability to perform professional activity, the

economic operator should submit a document for registered activity as evidence that it is registered as a legal

entity for performing the activity related to the subject of the contract. - Document for registered activity DRD

Техничка и професионална способност:

2.3) Technical or professional ability of the economic operator

- with a list of main deliveries of goods or services performed with values, dates, buyers (contracting authorities

or economic operators), by providing confirmation of deliveries or services performed: - Experience in deliveries

of goods as the subject of the procurement contract in the last three years

- with a statement for the instruments, plants or technical equipment, which the service provider or the

contractor has at his disposal for the execution of the contract: - Technical possibility for using a non-cash

payment system - E.O. to have available, at least 5 (five) gas stations in the area of RSM., of which at least

1 (one) in the area of the city of Skopje, and the remaining 4 (four) on the territory of RSM - The Economic

Operator to have at least 2 ( two) tanks for transport of liquid fuels, equipped with a verified gauge with a valid

stamp for determining the exact delivered quantity of fuel, as well as a certificate for the tanks intended for

transport of liquid fuels.
